We are incredibly proud to celebrate Emma and Dan, who have both successfully completed their SENCo qualifications—an outstanding achievement that reflects their dedication to supporting our pupils.
A SENCo, or Special Educational Needs Coordinator, plays a vital role within a school. They help identify and coordinate the right support for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities, working closely with families, teaching staff and external professionals to ensure every young person can thrive.
Emma and Dan’s knowledge, compassion and commitment will continue to strengthen the support we provide across Oakwood Community School.
