Getting creative with Found Poetry!

As a fun end-of-term English project, our pupils have been exploring the world of Found Poetry — using words and phrases from magazines and printed materials to create something completely new.
By cutting, selecting and rearranging words, pupils transformed jumbled collections into meaningful poems and eye-catching designs. Along the way, they developed their creativity, problem-solving and visual thinking, while also practising teamwork, communication and decision-making.
It was wonderful to see so many different ideas take shape, with each finished piece reflecting the individual imagination of the pupil who created it.
