Outdoor Art Lesson

On a lovely sunny day there’s no better place to have an Art lesson than in our very own forest. Pupils were given a clipboard and a sheet of plain paper and were tasked to produce a woodland picture, the difference here, they weren’t given pencils or pens to do this with…..They were instructed that all they could use was whatever they found naturally in the forest! Whether that was sticks, soil, moss, leaves, bark or anything else they could utilise.

Some of the pupils found charcoal sticks from the remains of a fire from a previous outdoor lesson and were very resourceful in using them in the pictures.
