Staying Active…
This term, students at Oakwood have enjoyed a variety of activities in our PE program. Sessions have included nature walks that connect students with the environment, structured gym workouts to build fitness and resilience, and golf practice at the driving range to enhance coordination and focus.
Through this diverse program, we encourage our students to challenge themselves, support one another, and enjoy learning outside the classroom. The module provides many benefits including providing students with opportunities to stay active, build their confidence, and develop important life skills.
